Are you an adventurer? Are you a little bored with where your life is right now, just need to shake it up a bit? Wouldn’t it be great to travel this vast country of ours, all the while meeting new, like-minded people and putting away some cash? Many people do exactly that every year by working as a seasonal bartender or server at resorts from coast to coast. Hospitality workers are needed in every season... Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring. There are countless resorts that get inundated with tourists each season and need lots of employees, however many times they are not located near a population center large enough to supply these employees. These resorts employ thousands of seasonal employees. Not just bartenders... servers, cooks, management, housekeepers, retail, maintenance people, shuttle drivers, life guards, ski lift operators, pretty much any type of employee you can think of that is necessary to run a busy resort. The best part is there is no long term commitment. To get you to leave your home for several months and go clear across the country many of these resorts offer free or very low cost employee housing. This gives you the possibility if necessary to continue to pay your lease at home while making money and having some of the most amazing experiences of your life thousands of miles away. In this book I will share my specific experiences at three such resorts around the country to give you an idea of how easy it is to do. I will tell you how to find and apply for opportunities and I will share with you both the good and the bad of each of these locations.
